Prep Time: 5 minutes
>1 cup frozen strawberries
>½ cup frozen blueberries
>½ cup Truronia frozen aronia berries
>½ cup plain yogurt
>2 tablespoons honey
>1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- Use a blender or food processor to blend the frozen berries, yogurt and honey until creamy - about 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, or store in an airtight container in the freezer for a few hours to get a more solid consistency. Your froyo can be kept in the freezer for up to two weeks!
You can experiment with the recipe by substituting with blackberries and raspberries, or even adding frozen bananas! The very berry froyo makes a delicious snack or a natural, fruity dessert.
